- Outlining service cost and implementing the best practices by Medical & Surgical Professional Teams across the group for all package service items

- Driving operations such as Bio Medical, OPD Services, Lab Services, House-keeping, Security, Food & Beverages, Marketing & other departments

- Coordinate with Assistant Medical Superintendent and taking necessary steps for establishing high standards of patient care from

Resident Medical Officers

- Direct the Ambulance, Emergency Medical Services, Dialysis, Blood bank, Laboratory, Endoscopy, Physiotherapy, Radiotherapy,

Nuclear Medicine, Radiology, Imaging Services, Critical Care Units, Operation Theatre, CATH Lab, Neuro Lab, Cardio Lab, Cardiothoracic Unit, Labour Ward, IVF and MHC

- Formulating CAPEX & OPEX plans (

- Conduct clinical audits, leading quality improvement projects, ensuring that hospital acquires infections to minimal level

- Ensuring compliance with legal & statutory requirements

- Organizing various committee on time and closure of the actionable within the time frame

- Implementation and maintenance of antibiotic stewardship program

- Facilitating prevention patient incidents like fall, thrombophlebitis, pressure injury, aspiration, hypoglycemia

- Gather feedback from all patients and maintaining net promoter score above 90%

- Tracking the Clinical excellence scores and actions to improve the score

- Supervising the Service excellence scores and actions to improve the score

- Facilitated planning and execution of annual business plan for hospital units; developed quality management system

- Foster relationships with Clinical Team to promote achievement of desired business objectives while managing & developing talent,

monitoring quality & accreditation, controlling costs and driving profitability

- Provide infrastructural support to a vast variety of visiting consultants locally and from overseas to the entire satisfaction of the patients and experts

- Scrutinize ongoing medical treatment, reviewing diagnostic studies, conducting clinical assessments of abnormal results, and following-up with or referred patients as appropriate

- Supervise the medical rounds (taking history, examining the patients, discussing the diagnosis and preparing the plan of management
