Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatologist to provide specialized medical care in diagnosing and treating conditions related to the skin, hair, nails, and cosmetic concerns. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both clinical dermatology and aesthetic/cosmetic dermatology procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and treat a variety of dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, fungal infections, pigmentation disorders, etc.

- Conduct dermatological surgeries and procedures such as mole removal, biopsies, wart removal, cryotherapy, etc.

- Perform aesthetic/cosmetic treatments: Botox, fillers, PRP, lasers (hair removal, pigmentation, resurfacing), microdermabrasion, chemical peels, etc.

- Maintain accurate records of patient history, diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

- Provide patient counseling and education on skincare and preventive measures.

- Collaborate with allied departments (ENT, plastic surgery, internal medicine) when multidisciplinary care is needed.

- Follow infection control, patient safety, and NABH/JCI guidelines.

- Participate in health awareness campaigns, skin camps, or OPD drives if applicable.

Qualification & Skills Required:

- MBBS + MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology/Venereology/Leprosy (DVD/DDVL)

- Valid registration with MCI/State Medical Council

- Proficiency in clinical dermatology and minor surgical procedures

- Exposure to aesthetic/laser dermatology (preferred)

- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills

- Empathetic, ethical, and team-oriented

Preferred Additional Skills:

- Certification in cosmetic/aesthetic dermatology (if any)

- Familiarity with latest dermatological equipment and EMR systems

- Willingness to work in OPD and aesthetic setup (if applicable)

- Good command over local languages (helpful but not mandatory)

- Compensation: Attractive fixed consultation fee + revenue sharing model for procedures (negotiable based on experience and commitment).
