Dermatologist - Hospital - MD (3-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. To monitor the implementation of standard operating procedures for beauty treatments & dermat. Treatments are adhered by all beauty staff.
2. To ensure that the relevant manpower viz. Dermats is available to ensure productivity at the center, by interviewing & recruiting.
3. To perform Dermatological and Cosmetological procedures in total compliance of SOPs
4. To participate in events to maximize sales.
5. To accurately diagnose cosmetic problems and resolve the same in consultation with other experts.
6. To ensure safe handling of all electrical / electronic gadgets of beauty section & dermat.section.
7. To ensure that hygiene is maintained as per the set guidelines in the beauty section.
8. To train / guide beauty & dermat. staff as and when required.
Additional Responsibilities :
1. In addition to the above mentioned duties and job function, to carry out any other assignment given occasionally or on a daily basis by the Management.
