Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and disciplined Matron to lead and supervise the nursing department, ensure quality patient care, and maintain nursing standards across hospital units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing staff performance and discipline
- Implement and monitor nursing protocols and SOPs
- Coordinate with doctors and admin for smooth patient care
- Conduct regular rounds, audits, and quality checks
- Manage nursing rosters, leaves, and training schedules
- Handle patient complaints related to nursing services
- Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety compliance
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Nursing with valid registration
- 5- 10 years of hospital experience, with leadership role preferred
- Strong clinical, managerial, and communication skills
- Knowledge of NABH protocols and hospital operations
