Diabetologist/Endocrinologist - Hospital - MD (7-12 yrs)
We are looking to hire a Diabetologist or Endocrinologist with ideally 10 + years of experience (5-7 years of experience is also okay if the Doctor is really good); someone who has done clinical studies.
The Dr. should be progressive and a firm believer of the fact that drugs are not the only way of controlling diabetes and the same can also be done by adopting certain lifestyle changes
This person will be responsible for :
- Clinical Studies
- Mitigating Patient Risks
- Creating and managing Medical Protocols within the organisation
Approach -
- Looking for Doctors with the progressive mindset of treating diabetes with Lifestyle change rather than relying on drugs
