- Position - Director of Research in Cancer Biology/Oncology.
- Experience: 20 to 25 year Oncology Research Experience.
- Qualification: MD/DNB/Mch/DM in Oncology (Radiation/Surgical/Medical)/ P.hd Pharmacology/Medical Oncology with proper research experience.
- Salary: Negotiation terms.
Job Description:
- Develop research projects with the research team and clinicians.
- Participate in, and lead research projects.
- Participate and represent the research team in the Governing Board, Steering
- Committee and Research Council meetings.
- Work with the Management Team providing input on decision-making regarding operational and program direction.
- Provide clear and actionable reports for the staff and other stakeholders as needed to implement the strategies and programs to further Institute mission.
- Develop, implement, and monitor an evaluation process for the quality of research projects and outcomes in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer.
- Develop relationships with other cluster partners and stakeholders to further the mission of Institute.
- Write/help write proposals as necessary to fund research projects and facilities.
- Serve as part of the organization's leadership team and contribute to the development and execution of strategic decisions.
