Location: Visakhapatnam
Responsible for Quality Assurance & compliance of all quality related issues, establishing, follow-up the entire QMS. (Deviation, Change control, CAPA, Incident, market complaints, investigation).
Job Profile :
- ISO 13485 Quality manual preparation & implementation and other documents related to the QMS system
- Review of the BMRs, Quality control, Production, Warehouse and Maintenance records/Logs.
- Adherence to SOPs and cGMP Compliance.
- Preparing and Reviewing the process validation protocols & reports.
- Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
- Approval of change control, deviation, qualification, and validation protocols and reports.
- Daily record maintenance of manufacturing process as per the requirement of regulatory authority.
- To monitor the post-production stability studies as per SOP for its compliance.
- Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff.
- Ensure all legal standards are met.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
