Job Responsibility:
- Manage the doctor operations team of DocsApp which includes Doctor Sourcing and Onboarding Executives, Relationship Managers for Doctors etc.
- Set roadmap for this team of DocsApp and track metrics including Doctor Churn, Doctor Happiness Index, Doctor Utilizations etc.
- Work with In-House Doctors and think of customized solutions for all specialities.
- Give feedback to doctors for improvement in quality and efficiency.
- Finally, be a hustler, and move things fast.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualification : MBBS
- Must have an army/military background working as doctor or as hospital manager. MBBS>army background who has or wants to move to corporate
- Minimum 3 years of experience. (Work Experience in Healthcare Industry is preferred)
- High attention to details and ability to multitask
- Self motivated, willing to learn and adapt to new processes
- Ability to think and work in a superfast startup culture
