- Knowledge of allopathic medications
Age : 20 - 35 yr
Communication : Excellent English skills Ability to [Speak, Read & Write]
Skills : Microsoft word and excel knowledge (basic)
Others :
- Good at comprehending American accent
- Typing speed should be more than 25 wpm
Salary : Rs 3-4 lakhs/Annum
Shift Timings :
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Weekly Working Days : 5 Days

Job Description :
- Responsible for managing out of India physicians documentation on the electronic platform.
- Listen to the physician patient interaction
- Summarize the same in the electronic health record.
- Summarized note should reflect patients problem and physicians plan around the same.
- Categorize and summarize the physician and patient interaction under different fields like history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, plan details, etc.
- Chart note generated by the scribe would be used by the physician as a reference document.
- Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record
- Generate the chart note
