Job Description:
1. Listen to recorded interactions of patient-physician, develop an impression about the clinical condition and document clinical history, examine findings and plan of action.
2. Create highly structured (literally medical textbook style) clinical notes, summarize findings and insights with sections such as
History of present illness, Physical examination, Assessment details, Treatment plans, etc.
3. Populate the summarized data as an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
