Doctor Trainer - Medical Simulation Centre - MBBS/BAMS (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Demonstration:

- Conduct engaging and tailored product demonstrations using simulation manikins, clinical models, and digital platforms.

- Showcase features and applications of simulators across various medical disciplines like medicine, surgery, OBGYN, pediatrics, and emergency care.

Post-Sales Training:

- Deliver structured, hands-on training sessions to healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, paramedics).

- Train end-users on operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of simulators and lab tools.

- Customize simulation scenarios as per curriculum or training needs.

Simulation & Clinical Education:

- Plan and execute scenario-based training aligned with patient safety and clinical protocols.

- Contribute to curriculum integration and faculty development in academic institutions.

- Provide meaningful feedback and performance debriefing to participants.

Technical & Operational Support:

- Support setup and calibration of simulators during training and demonstration events.

- Collaborate with academic and technical teams for smooth training execution.

Client & Institutional Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospitals, colleges, and healthcare educators.

- Serve as a liaison for ongoing institutional training programs and workshops.

Travel & On-Site Training:

- Travel extensively to partner institutions and training centers for demos and sessions.

- Adapt communication and training styles to suit varied audiences.

Candidate Requirements:

- MBBS or BAMS from a recognized institution with valid registration.

- Certified Master Trainer in BLS/ACLS/ATLS (AHA or equivalent certification).

- 2- 5 years of clinical, teaching, or simulation training experience.

- Exposure to using simulators and task trainers in healthcare education.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong clinical knowledge across disciplines and emergency protocols.

- Willingness to travel and lead training initiatives across institutions.
