Dr Lal PathLabs - Consultant - Pathologist (0-15 yrs)
- To take charge as Part Time Consultant
- Technical aspects of Biochemistry Department.
- Implementation of Quality control procedures and setting up of monitoring processes of QC for accuracy of reports of samples tested and validation of technical report.
- Maintaining and improving TAT of reports.
- Check and validate all reports of test performed at the Lab.
- Efficient inventory control.
- Preparing the lab for audits as applicable e.g. NABL.
- Resolution of customer complaints.
- Guidance to the lab staff on technical issues in case of any query.
- Provide its guidance and professional expertise to the Lab in case of any query and shall provide every assistance to the Company for carrying out its part in running the Lab to enable the Company to avoid any violation/ management of any statutory / Municipal/ local bye-laws.
- Maintain all the statutory registers/documents/records and adhere all applicable compliances required under the Clinical Establishment Act & Rules, Environmental laws and other statutory compliances, NABL Guidelines, PC-PNDT Laws and Regulations and strictly observe the Code of Conduct as provided under the laws.
- Provide such other Consultancy Services as may be mutually agreed.
- Any other issue within the ambit of his /her technical & professional expertise which is required in the interest of the company.
