Duty Doctor - Resident Medical Officer - Hospital - MBBS/BAMS/BHMS (2-5 yrs)
One of our leading client leading in Multi specialist hospital looking for RMO (Wards) @Baner, Pune.
Job Description
We are looking for Resident medical officers who revolve around ensuring that patients receive high standards of care during their stays in medical clinics; they also establish teamwork and cooperation among their employees to ensure that patients receive maximum benefits.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Treat both out-patients and patients coming for admission. To treat simple cases by themselves and refer tricky or complicated cases to the same hospital consultant the next day.
2. To handle all emergencies and rotational duties.
3. They attend all in-patient emergency calls before the consultant arrives.
4. To Attend ward patients before the consultant, make note of the necessary changes in symptoms, blood reports and treatment.
5. Interested RMOs attend operation theatre procedures and assist surgeons.
6. They usually communicate with the consultants and are supposed to spend more time with the patient.
Job Qualifications :
1. MBBS, BAMS/BHMS.
2. 2- 5 Yrs of Experience in Large and Medium size NABH Accredited Hospital.
