Job Responsibilities:
- Manage OPD patient coordination
- Provide patient counselling regarding treatment procedures and follow-ups
- Explain doctor's instructions clearly to patients and attendants
- Assist in smooth patient flow in OPD
- Maintain basic patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in OPD handling and patient counselling
- Healthcare / Clinic / Hospital experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-focused and professional approach
Work Timings:
- General shift
- Sunday fixed off
- Salary: As per experience
