Emergency & Critical Care Physician

- Training did in emergency and intensive care who can manage ICU.

- Treats a mixed patient population, across gender, age and ethnicity, as well as insured and uninsured patients

- Examines patients to determine general physical and emotional condition

- Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines

- Functions appropriately as part of care delivery team through efficient use of resources and skills, both their own and those of other provider and staff

- Orders or executes various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patients condition

- Analyzes reports and findings and diagnoses condition

- Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures

- Orders inoculations and vaccinations for patients to immunize from communicable diseases

- Performs minor surgery within scope of practice

- Refers patients to medical specialist or other practitioner for specialized treatment

- Advises patients concerning diet, hygiene, and methods for prevention of disease

- Records in the patient's electronic record using established standards, in accordance with licensure and the scope of practice, physical findings and treatment rendered or anticipated, subsequent to a formulated plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition

- Reports births, deaths, and outbreak of contagious diseases to governmental authorities

- Participates in provider staff meetings

- Participates in clinical quality improvement initiatives, including peer reviews, and other tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in the delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows

- Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) or advanced trauma life support (ATLS) training

- Working experience in developing countries

- People management experience

- Adaptable and able to work in a multicultural team

- Flexible and able to manage stress

- Self-driven with a solution-orientated approach

- Ability to train others
