- Expertise of handling Casualities, managing emergencies like CPCR, anesthesia outside OT and ICU, managing patients onventilators, etc.

- Deft in determining if the patient is physically and medically fit to be discharged from the hospital and reviewing thepatient's medical history to determine the type of drug to administer.

- Adroit in operations related to Anesthesia Management of elective and emergency adult and pediatric surgeries and AirwayManagement in elective and emergency scenarios using all airway gadgets including most Advanced Airways Gadgets likeFibreoptic bronchoscopy, cricothyroidotomy, tracheotomy kits, Glidescopes, Airtrachs, etc.

- Possesses regional anesthesia skills like Central neuraxial blocks, Brachial plexus blocks, bier blocks, and most of othersperipheral nerve blocks and invasive and noninvasive ventilator management in ICU settings

- Deft in recording type and amount of anesthesia and patient condition throughout procedure

- Dexterous in conducting medical research to aid in controlling and curing disease, to investigate new medications, and to develop and test new medical techniques

- Displayed prowess in Co-ordinating and directing work of nurses, medical technicians and other health care providers

- Adept in administering anesthesia for advanced aesthetic and cosmetic surgeries

- Expert in Day Care Anesthesia, Aesthetic and Dental Anesthesia

- Expert in LabourAnalgesia, IVF anesthesia and Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC )

- Administering Anesthetic or Sedation during medical procedures, using local, intravenous, spinal or caudal methods.

- Conferring with other medical professionals to determine type and method of anesthetic or sedation to render patient insensible to pain.

- Checking the patient through the initial recovery stage and administer drugs and medications that are essential during recovery; providing and maintaining life support and airway management during an emergency.

- Administering Anesthetics to prevent the patients from feeling pain and sensations during the surgeries and monitoring vital signs of the patient during surgery or medical procedure.

- Overseeing and coordinating activities of nurses and other health care personnel

- Managing all types of emergencies in Causality, Wards and even Outside hospitals.

- "USD 8,000 - USD 12,000 p/m (Tax free, and Professional Fee will depend on the profile).

- 50% Share in the Revenue generated beyond the Fixed amount.

- Payment will be in BDT and eq. amount in BDT will be mentioned in the Contract Letter.

- Initial contract is for 2 years. After that, contrcat may be renewed based on the willingness of the Consultant to continue and also based on performance. "
