Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with ear, nose, throat, head & neck disorders.
- Perform routine and complex ENT surgeries (endoscopic, microscopic, reconstructive, etc.).
- Provide emergency ENT care as required.
- Collaborate with other specialists and participate in multidisciplinary patient management.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and medical staff.
- Maintain high standards of medical ethics, documentation, and patient safety.
- Contribute to hospital growth through OPD/clinic consultations, surgical excellence, and patient education.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MS/DNB/FRCS in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5- 10 years of clinical/surgical experience in a reputed hospital/medical institution.
- Expertise in advanced ENT surgical techniques preferred.
- Excellent communication, diagnostic, and patient-handling skills.
