Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Consultant ENT Surgeon to join esteemed multi-specialty hospitals in Punjab (Hoshiarpur, Amritsar) and Rajasthan (Bhilwara). The ideal candidate will be experienced in diagnosing and managing a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions in both outpatient and surgical settings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation and treatment for disorders of the ear, nose, and throat.
- Perform ENT surgeries including but not limited to septoplasty, tonsillectomy, tympanoplasty, FESS, etc.
- Evaluate and manage patients with head and neck conditions.
- Conduct diagnostic tests such as audiometry and nasal endoscopy.
- Collaborate with other specialists and departments for multidisciplinary care.
- Maintain detailed medical records and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
- Participate in clinical audits, CME programs, and hospital quality improvement initiatives.
- Guide and supervise junior doctors and support staff as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: MS in ENT from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 0- 5 years (Freshers with good surgical exposure may also apply).
- Skills: Strong clinical acumen, excellent communication, and a patient-centric approach.
- Registration: Must have valid registration with the Medical Council of India or respective state council.
