Executive - Claims Servicing - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
We're hiring an who will help our clients and patients receive the best possible experience with their policy, claims, and healthcare. This person will work closely with our Medical, Insurance, and Operations Leads.
Salary- 3L - 4.5 L
Its a night shift job- 12pm -8am
Responsibilities :
- Ability to handle the Grievance cases about the deductionas well as knowledge of making payment process.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks or in a team.
- Scrutinize medical documents and check accuracy of Discharge Reports, Physician Statements, Lab Reports.
- Check claim eligibility and financial outcome.
- Check insurance related frauds and inform concerned department.
Requirements :
- 2-3 years total work experience with at least 1 year of experience at a TPA or health insurance company or broker
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
Education : Bachelors and/or diploma in insurance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Expert user in MS Office (Excel, Word) and highly fluent with technology
- Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi
- Willingness to travel to client sites (conveyance is paid by company)
- Passion to improve the Indian healthcare system
