Executive - Healthcare Support Operations - (0-5 yrs)

Objective of the Job:

- To assist the Senior Manager Operations in running the Day to Day Nursing Operations of the Organization by streamlining the rostering of the Nursing Shifts based on the Skill Matrix of the Nurses.

- To improve the Patient Satisfaction Score of the Services rendered by the organization by touching upon the pain points arising during the Service Delivery to the patients.

Reporting to: Senior Manager Operations

Qualifications and Experience:

- MBBS/BDS+ MBA/MHA from a reputable Institution (define reputable with a list to focus the search)

- 1-2 Years of experience in Operations Department of a 200+ Bedded Hospital.

Special Demands:

- Job will involve travelling within Chennai to visit the patients availing the services of the organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure continuity of Nursing Services to the patients who have been on boarded by the Sales Team.

- Ensure efficient rostering of the Nurses through the nurse managers taking into account the Skill Matrix of the available nurses as well as the location where they are posted.

- Ensure the Skill Matrix is Updated in the Smart Health Connect on a weekly basis.

- Visit at least 5 patients/ week which includes a mix of New cases that have been on boarded, Cases that are dropping the Service or are being discharged and the patients who are being provided care for more than 2 Months.

- Maintain individual Excel Sheets for each patient which will include the significant clinical events related the patient, Staff related concerns that have been raised during course of providing service to the patient and any other concern.

- Be the first point of contact for escalations for the Nurse Manager on Call for any issues relating to delivery of Homecare Services.

- Ensure attrition of the field nursing staff is maintained within agreed parameters and that should field staff want to leave- they resign and serve notice period.

- Function as a liaison between ANO, NM and PCC in order to ensure a holistic approach to the patient care.

- Do the root cause analysis of all patient care related incidents in co-ordination with the Quality Department to improve the Services of the Organization. Implement the Corrective and Preventive Action in co-ordination with the Stakeholders involved based on the result of the RCA.

- Participate in the planned welfare activity for the Field Staff along with the Nurse Managers in absence of the Senior Manager Operations.

- Develop and implement Reporting Formats and Management Dashboards in co-ordination with the Reporting Manager to improve the overall process in the organization.

- Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager.
