Job Description : 

- Microbiological & chemical analysis of Food & Pharma Products.

- Sampling of Raw Material, in process products & finished products.

- Documentation of analysis report in SAP as well as in hard copy. Maintaining all records as per Drugs & cosmetics act and Food safety system.

- Responsibility for timely action for process abnormalities & Quality deviation

- Ensure zero defects in finished products & implementation of GMP.

- Sampling & analysis of raw material, in process material & finished products.

- To train the people for efficient, error free & timely analysis of raw material, in process material & finished goods.

- Critical chemical follows up with commercial section

- SAP Operation for QA modules and logbook for daily activities.

- Handing of Micro Lab instruments, Potentiometer, Spectrophotometer, GC, Tintometer etc.

- Analyzing & taking corrective steps by using modern tools.

- Excellent communication & interacting skills for internal as well as external relations.

- Candidates should have Quality excellence and system oriented & have experience of ISO Documentation, HACCP, GMP & GLP knowledge, Excel, Ppt, 5S techniques.
