Executive - Quality Assurance & Regulatory - Pharma (2-4 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
This role will be responsible for :
- Handling vendor approval requests - filling forms, Questionnaires, sharing FAQ, documents etc.
- Handling regulatory requests / queries from customers.
- Sending notification to customers, answering queries, and maintaining data base
- Comparing COA, Specification, test methods and providing justification to customers
- Remain updated with Pharmacopeial, ISPE regulatory requirements and resolving customers queries.
- Handling quality, packaging & damage related issues of products.
- Maintenance of regulatory documentation in electronic format and saving key communication in correct folders.
- Monitoring and maintaining complaint status redressal file and logging NCR in Salesforce software
- Co-ordinating Audits b/w manufacturers and customers.
- Providing support for all Customs related issues.
- Coding of new products in database
PREFERRED SKILLS :
- Good communication skills in English
- Pleasant personality
- Adequate Regulatory knowledge related to pharmaceutical industry.
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : M. Pharma/M.Sc.
Experience :
- 2 to 4 Years of relevant experience in similar role.
