Executive - Quality Control - Laboratory (1-3 yrs)
- Stability related activity
- To cGMP and GLP compliance in laboratory.
- To co-ordinate interdepartmental activities at site.
- To coordinate with QA for Specification, Test Methods & Protocol preparations.
- Responsible for day-to-day analysis of Raw Material, In process/Intermediate testing & Finished Product, stability samples & Packing Material.
- To organize Job related training GMP& GLP
- To assist QA for Complaint handling, change control, Deviations, Internal audit NCs, OOS, OOT, investigations etc.
- Responsible for the HACCP activity.
- To assist Head QC to prepare & keep department ready for audit / inspection.
- Monitoring and Calibration of instruments as per defined schedule.
- To assist Head QC for the stability study of all products from all the locations.
- To keep records for any deviation in process/QC results/quality system etc.
- To follow the QMS system as and when required.
- Maintenance of primary standards, working standards & reference standards.
- Maintenance of column and column records.
- To assist R&D persons for the analytical method transfer.
- Review of the all analytical records.
- Analysis of water daily & fortnightly
- Preparation & maintenance of the water trend
