Job Description

- Taking Care In-patient Operations by overseeing and ensuring the following:

- Ensure team is updating patients detail from the day of admission in the floor

- Monitoring team is updating daily visits of doctors / consumables etc.,

- Working with Nursing / Medical Services Team to plan discharge

- Ensure team is co-ordinating in preparing draft discharge summary a day prior to discharge day.

- Co-ordinate and ensure doctors review draft discharge summary and make alternates (if any)

- Facilitating and ensuring couselling to discharge patients one day prior to the discharge day.

- Co-ordinating with billing and admission to sort out the issues (if any) before the discharge.

- Work with Nursing Team and Medical Services team to have the planned discharge and arrange for the patients movement to discharge lounge.

- Review the process periodically and suggest to tweak the process in order to improve discharge process to make patient discharge becomes in a smooth way.

- We are looking for Candidates who has done BHA / MHA and has experience in Hospital operations.
