- Determines which instruments and method of surgery will be most successful in achieving desired outcome. Identifies need for tests or follow-up visits.
- Requires a degree in medicine from an accredited school and is licensed to practice. May require at least 2-4 years of vascular surgery experience.
- Familiar with a variety of the field\'s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
