Candidate should be from a above 250 bedded multispecialty NABH hospital handling the the complete non medical operations of the hospital

- Maintenance of medical compliances

- Achieving KPI as assigned by the management

- Volume and revenue wise analyses of various specialties

- Implementation of quality assurance programs

- Retention and engagement of manpower especially clinicians.

- Implementation of various clinically and ancillary sops

- Enhance the health check-up footfalls

- Maintain relations with health department and other administrative officials of the district and state

- Monitoring of biomedical equipment utilization via biomedical engineers

- Monthly review of hospital infection control and hospital acquired infection trends

- Assisting management in analysing channel-wise growth status of OP & IP patients

- Experience in handling medical team including specialist and supers-specialist doctors by bridging gap between management and clinicians by clarifying the vison of first in sync with perspective of second, for the larger interest of patrons and patients.

- Expertise in managing operations including, budgeting, personnel, technology; promoted & protected health, safety, security and the quality of work life, the environment and organizational effectiveness
