General Manager - Probiotics (8-12 yrs)
Designation : Probiotic - General Manager
1. Responsible for end to end of product development to commercialization
2. Troubleshooting issues at both R&D and Production level
3. Coordinating with cross functional teams for optimum development of products and its launches
4. Identifying source and partners of raw material ingredients. Actively searching products, vendors which will support the development and building out the pipeline
5. Resolving Scientific Queries received from other teams or departments (Marketing teams-brand, ecommerce, offline marketing, KOL marketing, customer delight, business development team) related to products
6. Raw material selection amongst vendors based on superior physico-chemical properties for shelf-life enhancement of final and existing products
7. Active involvement in NPS improvisation and Marketing
8. Managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
9. Leading Vendor Management and procurement
