Job Description:
1) Inspecting and updating patients' charts.
2) Responsible for review the results of investigations, patient records, which arise as a consequence of these clinical duties.
3) Examining patients, taking medical histories, addressing patients' concerns, and answering patients' questions.
4) Undertake responsibility for the admissions and day to day care of patients under consultant supervision. Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.
5) Handling ICU patients, involved in IPD or OPD of the patients.
6) Diagnosing and treating injuries, illnesses, and disorders ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and explaining the results to patients. Counseling patients on diet, hygiene, preventative.
