Job Title: General Medicine Doctor

Job Summary:

The General Medicine Doctor will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illnesses. The role involves working in a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare services in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

- Conduct medical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans.

- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups.

- Monitor and review patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.

Clinical Duties:

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood tests, X-rays, and imaging studies.

- Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.

- Perform minor medical procedures as required.

Emergency Care:

- Attend to emergency cases and provide initial stabilization and treatment.

- Participate in on-call duties as scheduled.

Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients.

- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards.

Teaching and Mentorship: (if applicable)

- Provide guidance to junior doctors, interns, and medical students.

- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) sessions.

Community Health:

- Engage in health awareness programs and preventive healthcare initiatives.

Qualifications:

- MBBS degree with an MD in General Medicine (or equivalent).

- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or Kerala Medical Council.

- Experience: 0- 20 years preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
