Opening for General Physician Telemedicine. This position is specifically for regional languages Tamil/ Telugu / Kannada. Position would be based out of our Okhla

1. As a General Physician- Telemedicine, you will be providing telemedical consultation for the patients, who may be located at some distance from the hospital, but require primary health care services.

2. The General Physician- Telemedicine will use videoconferencing equipment and high-speed telephone lines to send and receive medical information and pictures.

3. Should be able to deliver primary medical care to patients experiencing a wide range of physical illness or other health conditions.

4. You will be responsible for all aspects of patient management - prescribe medicine, diagnostic and other medical guidance as needed by patients.

5. Provides clinical assessment, including the history of illness and other information. Document the pertinent information timely & accurately.

6. Attends mandatory in house training programs to be certified Telemedicine General Physician. This may require individual to undergo web-based and other training programs. Be open to peer review and receiving feedback from on the job monitoring.

7. Demonstrates respect and tolerance for all patients without any discrimination.

8. Assumes responsibility for professional development and ongoing education. Willing to learn and strictly follow clinical protocols.

9. Maintains a professional appearance and attitude.

10. Serve actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary virtual medical care team, supporting the philosophy of care; to ensure the safety and well-being of every patient.

11. You would be responsible for coaching & regular supervision of new employees during initial phase of training.

- MBBS from an institute of high repute

- Should have practice as General Physician for a period of 4-6 year with reputed hospitals.

- Ability to remain calm in crisis situations and utilize approved response methods.

- Able to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal means.

- Aptitude to serve patient through technology.

- Professional work attitude with dedicated approach to patient-centered care.

- Willingness to work in a shift pattern including weekends.

- Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluation of situations and/or making clinical decisions.
