- Candidate should be an MBBS + MD/Masters in hospital Administration, Age upto 53 years . He should have handled a chain of multi specialty hospitals at least above 10 .excellent personality & communication skills a must great leadership quality a team player ability to handle consultants

- Is responsible for efficiently running multi unit health-care facilities in various cities, overseeing staff recruitment, implementing regulations, and improving communication. They ensure high-quality patient care, monitor budgets, and stay updated on medical trends.

- Facilitate healthy communication with clinic staff to listen to their work needs, suggestions, and complaints

- Partake in making organizational decisions and implementation of policies that will foster better patient care; give good suggestions from experience and knowledge for the growth and development of the hospital

- Ensure that clinic staff strictly adhere to local, state, and federal laws in administering treatment, to avoid sanctions and possible shutdown of the clinic

- Outline treatment procedures and processes, such as information gathering, assessment, diagnosis, and consultation to patients- relations

- Review clinic performance records from time to time, checking for productivity and identifying the loopholes that are hindering high level performance, and taking measures to put things in order for better results

- Liaise with external consultants in evaluating clinic performance and policies to have a more professional opinion void of sentiments, and implement recommendations and changes to enhance productivity

- Settle disputes between staff and management, fostering a mutually beneficial solution for the overall interest of the organization

- Inspect clinic facilities; facilitate quality improvement procedures; and replace worn-out facilities with new ones for better service provision to patients

- Maintain good relationships with other healthcare organizations and regulatory bodies

- Implement infection control procedures as part of organizational policies, and maintain good hygiene culture in the clinic

- Ensure both staff and patients- safety by taking safety precautions in human and mechanical operations

- Create and implement health policies and schemes for members of staff as part of their welfare
