Group Leader - Biology - PhD - Healthcare/Pharma (10-15 yrs)
Education :
- Ph.D with 10+ years of post-Ph.D experience.
- Industry experience will be highly preferable.
Required :
1. Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, analytical and scientific project management skills
2. Strong leadership, problem solving and team building abilities
3. Sensitivity to diverse cultures
4. Ability to independently manage a team of scientists
5. Expert knowledge in one or more of these areas: Protein Sciences, Antibody Discovery, Cell Engineering
Preferred :
1. Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously requiring frequent communication, organizing/time management and problem solving skills
2. Flexibility and adaptability to deal with ambiguous and dynamic situations
3. Ability to work with senior management with professionalism and discretion
4. Demonstrated ability to work well with people from different disciplines
