HCC Medical Coder (1-2 yrs)
Job description :
- Min 6 Months Exp in HCC coding and Risk adjustment coding
- Abstract information from medical records and assign appropriate ICD - 10 Codes.
- Should be proficient in understanding of anatomy & physiology, ensure ICD codes are accurate in accordance with ICD-10 guidelines.
- Assign correct codes and perform edits as per correct coding initiative
- Proficient coding of charts with 100% productivity and more than 95% accuracy(Quality)
- Must be certified by AAPC and/or AHIMA.

Coder - 1 Technical Round
QA - 2 Technical Rounds."
Location: Hyderabad (CPC Mandatory), Chennai (CPC Not Mandatory), Remote till COVID for both Locations
