Job Purpose: Increasing the organization effectiveness by increasing the quality standards

Experience required: Min 10 years of relevant experience

Educational Qualification: MBA (Healthcare) and/or PG Diploma in Healthcare Quality Management.

Remuneration: as per industry standards

Job Responsibilities :

- Over all responsible for accreditations i.e NABH, QAI etc.

- Own all quality assurance related issues like documentation and compliance standards as per the guidelines of the governing bodies.

- Responsible for formulating and driving clinical and Nursing and Operations SOPs in accordance with the respective teams

- Drive various Quality related committees

- Co-ordinate training and education of all employees about the quality standards

- Provide support to departments in achieving compliance with the established standards

- Monitor performance of all departments through the set Quality Indicators for each department

- Devise and implement operating guidelines such as departmental manuals containing core processes, work instructions, process mapping, department procedure, relevant documentation etc.

- Formulate short- & long-term plans to enhance efficiency and ensure accurate implementation of quality standards to increase organizational effectiveness

- Provide training to nurses, doctors HR & other departments to develop the standards of patient care services and facilities

- Assessing and identifying existing status and conduct gaps analysis as per the QAI /NABH standards

- Formulate and implement department specific Manuals, policies & procedure and SOPs

- Assessing impact of Quality on the Revenue of the organisation

- Lead & conduct quality audits

- Annual budgeting

- MIS & reporting
