About the role : -Candidate will be handling administrative activities and will be leading 120/130 doctors (radiologist)

He / She will also be handling technicians indirectly (as they are being taken care by center heads)

He/She need to know latest trends wrt to latest machines, which steps needs to be taken to minimize cost to buy new machine or or processes.


Purpose: To lead the overall Radiology Organization and undertake the complete responsibility for smooth functioning of the division across the country.

Job Description:

1. Talent Management - Responsible for overall radiology human resource objectives

a) Identification & Selection of appropriate radiology talent across the company at Diagnostic Centres located across the geography and at Central Radiology Reporting Head Quarters at Himayatnagar - in partnership with the recruitment team

b) Building a national talent pipeline for Radiologists on an ongoing basis by building strong relationships with key institutes and organizations in Radiology fraternity

c) Training, Coaching, Mentoring, Disciplining, Performance management and Communicating job expectations to all Radiologists across the company

d) Adherence to the compliance and license norms for all Radiologist including registrations like PCPNDT & other appropriate compliance norms

e) Validating the licenses and medical qualifications of all radiologists new and existing in partnership with HR team

2) Operations - Responsible for overall performance of Radiology team

a) Deliver radiology reporting within allowable TAT across the company by building a strong Radiology Reporting SOP and strict adherence to that

b) Rostering, managing schedules and planning service availability based on capability c& asset combinations

c) Build operational redundancies to manage seamless delivery in case of operational deviations and un-planned events

d) Integration of IT requirements and capabilities for smooth functioning of the Radiology organization including optimal communication networks and selection of software- s

3) Productivity Management- Responsible for overall productivity of radiology function

a) Ensure all Radiologists employed by the organization are performing to the optimum performance standards

b) Design and deliver corrective actions in case of under performance

c) Continuously work towards enhancing the productivity levels of all technicians in the department including radiologists

4) Quality Standards & Customer Orientation - Responsible for reporting accuracy and overall customer orienteers of the Radiology department

a) Continuously evaluate the accuracy and quality of images, provide technical assistance to the team

b) Getting NABH accreditation for all the centers of DC.
