Job Description :

TRAINER Deliver lecture-based and hands-on training courses; and informal ad-hoc training sessions. Identify new training opportunities and develop associated training programs. Course development includes defining and writing:-

- Training objectives

- Course outlines

- Instructor and Student Guides

- Relevant handout

- Tests / quizzes

- Relevant hands-on training exercises

Schedule and manage the delivery of training classes for customers/Students, partners and employees (including but not limited to) :

- Develop and maintain training calendar and course catalogue materials-

- Coordinate and schedule based and client site training sessions-

- Arrange/coordinate use of training facilities, equipment, and supplies

- Conduct training classes for customers, partners and employees.

- Act as a knowledgeable resource for employee questions and issues.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

- Have or be able to develop strong knowledge and understanding of product functionality.


- The ideal candidate must maintain the ability to work in a rapid development environment and be able to influence and solve issues collaboratively while fostering teamwork.

- In order to be successful at this position, the ideal candidate must possess:-

- Excellent communication and presentation skills-

Excellent people skills : The ability to manage multiple concurrent schedules and commitments- The ability to work both independently and as a team member -

- A strong comprehension of Application and Practical skill station concepts and possess the ability to communicate them effectively to students of differing Emergency skill 's hand on training abilities and skill

- A strong knowledge of managed care processes and the health care industry


- Proficiency with relational database design Trainer's present product focused instruction on core applications and add-on products, to classes of 10-25 students (of varying backgrounds and abilities).


- Training courses vary in length from 2 to 5 days in length and include both lecture and hands-on practice.


Trainers must be prepared to travel 25 to 75%, as courses may be presented at corporate training center or at client sites. Trainers will also develop and deliver computer based and web training programs on core.
