Health Counsellor - Clinic Operations (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities : As a passionate Health Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue for the company.
Your responsibilities will include :
1. Centre Management : Effectively manage all aspects of the health centre (Clinic) operations, acting as the centre manager, relationship manager, operations manager, diabetes educator, and lifestyle counsellor.
2. Patient Engagement : Understand patient profiles and problems to articulate the benefits of our services. Advise patients about our offerings through structured discussions and guide them through the buying journey.
3. Appointment Booking and Documentation : Utilise electronic record management (ERM) platforms to book appointments, maintain detailed notes, and ensure accurate documentation.
4. Collaboration and Best Practices : Learn and establish workplace guidelines and best practices, fostering positive relationships with doctors, dieticians, hospital staff, and other relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications :
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications :
1. Education : Bachelor's degree and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
2. Experience : At least 4 years of experience in managing direct business-to-consumer (B2C) sales in the medical/health sector.
3. Clinic Management : Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in clinic management and clinic services.
4. Team Player : Possess a collaborative attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment. You should be willing to learn and contribute as part of an incredible team.
5. Results-Oriented : Display a "get things done" attitude, comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a startup, and capable of multitasking effectively.
