HealthAssure - Manager/Assistant Manager Insta Telemedecine (4-9 yrs)
Skill Required :
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Tele / Video MER business for both processes (Inbound and outbound).
- Must have handle team to team size not less than 30 to 40 employees
- Must be familiar with the call centre software like ACD / Video calling solutions etc
- Good understanding of medical terminologies and insurance terminologies.
Responsibilities :
- Work as the in-charge of entire insta Tele process
- Maintain the SLA's and TATs as agreed with clients
- Engage with Drs and drive Drs engagement with organization
- Takes complete ownership of the process
- Manage the day today operation and guide and train team
- Train and develop team to handle the surge in volumes
- Help in process improvements to increase the team productivity.
