The Angul District Health Department, in collaboration with the District Magistrate is seeking a qualified and dedicated MBBS graduate with a master's degree to join our team as a consultant (MD/MS). We are committed to providing quality healthcare services to hire different medical officers in health facilities in Angul district, and we believe your skills and experience will be an asset to our team.

Job Description:

As a consultant in Angul district, you will be responsible for:

- Providing primary healthcare services to patients in health facilities across the district.

- Conducting medical examinations and diagnosing illnesses.

- Prescribing medications and treatment plans.

- Performing minor medical procedures and surgeries.

- Educating patients on preventive healthcare practices.

- Participating in community health outreach programs.

- Maintaining detailed medical records.

- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

- Working Hours- 9 a.m.-6 p.m. (lunch break included), as and when required, with one weekly off.

Your Qualifications:

We are seeking a Consultant with the following qualifications:

- Masters in Surgery or Masters in Medicine degree from a recognized university.

- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognized university.

- Valid registration with the Indian Medical Council (IMC).

- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong commitment to providing quality healthcare.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to work in rural areas.
