Hindu Mission Hospital - Pathologist (1-4 yrs)
- Examine body fluids, tissues, and cells to identify abnormalities and diagnose diseases.
- Perform, supervise, and interpret laboratory tests (hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, histopathology, cytology, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of all diagnostic reports.
- Guide clinicians by providing expert opinions on test results and supporting patient management.
- Oversee laboratory quality control, standard operating procedures, and accreditation requirements (NABL/NABH).
- Supervise laboratory technicians, staff, and ensure training and adherence to safety standards.
- Participate in hospital clinical meetings, case discussions, and audits.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical medical practice.
- Stay updated with medical advances and contribute to continuous improvement in lab services.
