- Handling Microbiology Planning
- Planning & implementing of internal Quality Control, External Quality Control & proficiency tests with Laboratory Manager
- Should be able to educate and regularly update technicians in laboratory, regarding the latest lab. Test procedures
- Ensure results are reported within turnaround time through Laboratory Manager & review their performance
- Ensure that the tests are carried out as per the established documentation
- Provision of technical inputs for the Laboratory Operations
