Homecare Nurse - Hospital (1-3 yrs)
1. Home care provides professional nursing care to assigned patients in a home care environment.
2. Record patient history, perform various diagnostics tests, administers medications, and develop patient home care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.
3. Also perform examination and prescribed procedure, operating and monitoring medical equipment's as necessary.
4. Observes patients- progress and record observation in patient medical records.
