Job Description : Hospital Administrator
Qualification : Any (Diploma in Hospital administration is preferred)
Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration at a leading healthcare services provider
Skills: Service oriented, Disciplined, Diligent, Sincere, Hard-working, Result-Oriented, Team management, Can plan and execute, Knowledge about various functions of a hospital.
This role is expected to carry out below responsibilities independently and in a satisfactorily manner during 24x7 hours.
1. Patient management (Registration, Reception, OPD, Billing, Collection) - Provide a pleasant experience to every patient
2. Handling patient queries and satisfactorily resolution
3. Security management
4. Housekeeping management
5. Procurement & Store management
6. Infrastructure management (Electricity, DG, UPS, AC, Water, CCTV, Fire-safety etc.)
7. Managing safety and quality standards as per NABH guidelines
8. Records management
