ICU Resident Medical Officer/Physician Assistant - Hospital - MBBS (1-4 yrs)

Job Description

We are looking for a - Resident Medical Officer or Physician Assistant- who will be first line resuscitation to any hospital patient, visitor or staff member in the assigned ICU.

Roles & Responsibilities

- To provide medical cover, routine and emergency, during hours of duty and work in conjunction with the other RMO to provide a 24-hour service to the hospital.

- To clerk in and assess urgent admissions as required when the relevant consultant is not immediately available.

- To undertake a morning and evening ward round daily and if possible, with a member of the nursing staff when available ensuring patients are visited where appropriate.

- To make an entry in the patient's notes as appropriate following ward rounds or any other patient examinations, communication or procedures.

- To receive a hand-over report on patients from the alternative RMO when commencing duty and to attend the ward areas in the meantime to enable and establish consultant communication.

Eligibility

Qualification : MBBS

Preferred Candidates from:

- Dr's who are working or trained from below listed reputed institutes:

- (AIIMS / PGI-Chandigarh, nizam institute-Hyderabad amrita-Kochi, sri chitra-Trivandrum, CMC- Vellore, madras med mission-Chennai, institute of med sciences-Chennai, Madras-med college, Narayan hrudalaya-Bangalore, g b panth-Delhi, Apollo Hospital, jipmer, Kem, Nair, Sion, Hinduja, fortis-all India, Ambani hospital, Gb Panth hosp-Delhi)

- Any Dr who has done at least 3 years of training in the USA/Canada/UK, Western Europe/Australia / Newzealand

- Any Dr from other hospitals/medical colleges but MUST BE A Batch Topper/GOLD MEDALIST.

- Someone who is willing to have a long-term association and open to relocate to Mumbai.
