Associate Scientific Manager - Clinical
You are the right person in our team if you can:
- Implement statistical and data mining techniques on large data sets to identify trends, figures, and other relevant information
- Evaluate emerging datasets and technologies that may contribute to our analytical platform
- Competitive intelligence analysis and insight generation
- Participate in the development of select assets/ accelerators that create scale
- Contribute to thought leadership through research and publication support
- Must be a good team player and self-contributor for multiple projects at a time
We need you to have:
- B. Pharma, M. Pharma, M.Sc. in Biotechnology, M.Sc. in Bioinformatics, M.Sc. in Microbiology or any other branch of life sciences.
To excel in this job, you must bring 3-5 years with M.Sc. or 1 Years of industrial experience with Ph.D; experience in:
- Research scientific data pertaining to a topic and finding answers to specific questions based on product/client requirements
- Relevant domain knowledge preferred (healthcare/ pharma/ Life sciences);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with a research-focused mindset
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Biological data and databases is a must
- Exposure of databases like Proteins, Drugs and Literatures databases is preferable
- Agile project planning and project management skills preferable
- Understanding of project scope, requirement, planning, and execution experience is preferable
