International SOS - Doctor/Healthcare Coordinator - BAMS/BHMS (2-8 yrs)
Required :- Male doctor with at least 2 years of experience .
Scope of Services of BAMS /BHMS male doctor -
- Performing Audiometry, Spirometry and Basic vision testing .
- Should have basic Knowledge of computers, Excel, Word format and knowledge ons ending emails etc .
- Medical Form filling: Laboratory Reports and Test result pages of previous day medicals done at AMAS Medical before their Final fitness is processed.
- Issue Client specific Licensed Medical Forms and Certificates i.e. -Radiation certificate, Form "O" certificate, Panama Certificate issuance, HUET and Bosiet certificate issuance after consultants have reviewed the reports and have declared the fitness status .
- Sending Mail to Candidates and providing advice according to abnormal findings observed during medical checkup and as advised by the occupational health physicians .
- Sending Reminders to candidates who have undergone health checks and their fitness status is pending for further assessment eg Tests /Specialist Opinion if any as advised and share the details with respective AMAS OH physician for health checks done at AMAS Medical Mumbai .
- Update Vaccination inventory in the system .
- Visit to hospital in case of emergencies during and after office hours as an when required to assist clients employees during admission and discharge process when instructed by OH physicians /Clinic Medical Director for which travelling charges will be reimbursed to Doctor .
- Update Client Management and maintain High Standards of Medical Confidentiality on fitness status after due approval from OH physician on the candidates fitness status .
- Will be reporting to work at AMAS medical Mumbai centre Monday - Friday - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and Saturday 8.30 am - 1.00 pm.
- Hospital Visits, Visit to Clients office as and when requested by Amas Management.
- Will be entitled for 20 leaves in a year and 10 fixed public holidays in year.
