IQVIA - Systematic Literature Review Role (5-9 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Provide industry and subject area thought leadership in terms of white papers, publications, customer and industry forums
2. Inspire confidence in stakeholder engagements by demonstrating industry as well as subject knowledge during pursuit as well as delivery phase
3. Proactively work with stakeholders and team in areas of training, transition, quality control and assurance, transformation, automation and process improvements
4. Identify new business opportunities and prospective stakeholders, and prepare business proposals and price the services
5. Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and managing all aspects of their projects
6. Assist in creating market collaterals
7. Generating peer-reviewed scientific literature and enhancing brand value for several drugs
8. Manage stakeholder relations and provide ongoing updates and collate and act upon client feedback
9. Astute management with a flair for adopting modern project execution methodologies, systems in compliance with quality standards
10. Expertise in swiftly ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and on time execution
11. Strong relationship management, business development, communication skills with the ability to network at any level of business and management
12. Ability to formalize the process for synthesizing clinical evidence for use in health care decision-making
13. Reviewing and reporting methods for combining disparate sets of evidence
14. Review work done by team members and provide appropriate feedback
15. Provide quality-related coaching or mentoring to team members, as appropriate
16. Maintain audit, SOP, and training compliance
17. Driving or contributing to team initiatives, e.g., creation and management of resources
18. Provide scientific expertise to develop high-quality documents
19. Manage quality control (QC) checking/proof reading of documents to meet customer expectation
Desired candidate profile
1. Minimum: University life science degree or equivalent is required. Advanced degree or equivalent education/degree in life sciences/healthcare is desirable: Masters/PhD or degree in medicine (MBBS/ MD or equivalent)
2. Proven track record of project management activities (e.g. resource planning, project budgeting)
3. Experience in recruitment, training, performance review, and career management of team members
4. Ability to mentor and coach the team
5. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
