Junior Consultant Doctor - Gynecology (1-2 yrs)
Job title: Junior Consultant Doctor with Gynecology
Exp: 1-1.5yrs
Location: Nasik, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation, counselling & feedback to the patients.
- Conduct detailed initial assessment & re-assessment of patient's case history, report analysis/evaluation and make decisions regarding treatment, drug regimes, timing of procedures.
- Monitor patient's progress during the treatment.
- Perform scans (IUI, follicular studies, ovulation etc).
- Assist the Consultant /perform appropriate surgical procedures (Hysteroscopy, Laparoscopy etc) & OP procedures like Flush, Endometrial scratch, Biopsies & other procedures as per the protocol.
- Assist the Consultant with the OPUs & ETs.
- Respond to the telephonic and email queries raised by the patients.
- Ensuring patient safety, confidentiality at all times.
- Adherence to the protocols given by the Medical Director.
- Facilitate own training under and perform relevant research projects the direction of the Medical Director.
- Publication of research papers and journals.
- Maintain accurate and clear medical records, update ARTis (Fertility Treatment Software) with patient records.
- Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time
- Travel to other centres as and when required basis Medical Directors instructions
Skills & Qualification:
- Degree in MS (OBGYN), DGO (OBGYN), DNB (OBGYN) with a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine
- Outstanding spoken, written and listening skills.
- Attention to detailing.
- Compassion and empathy.
- Academically driven
