Kaya - Nurse (0-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Delivers skincare services including micro current, micro-dermabasion, laser, facials and any other services assigned, on customers (both male & female) post completion of a rigorous period of training.
- Ensures a high degree of Customer Service and experience for all customers visiting clinic i.e. living up to the Kaya promise of a world class skin care clinic.
- Responsible for Process Audit Score and Mystery Audit Score.
- Responsible for client's forward booking.
- Responsible for Optimum utilization of Resources including for Digitalization of customers' records, keeping of the records in proper and safe condition; products, consumables and equipments to be utilized properly for services.
- Suggestive selling of products & services.
- Drive Systems, Process Orientation through SOP Adherence.
- Perform services to customer with utmost care and diligence in accordance with the training instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines provided to you.
- Responsible to comply with Kaya Code of Conduct and values;
- Responsible to report misconducts and incidents of violation of Kaya Code of Conduct (COC)/ SOP at clinic level; report incident immediately within first two hours of incident, as per set procedure by providing details in First Information Report so that preventative action can be taken to minimize risks and impact on business.
