Kiwi Kisan Window - Nutritionist New Product Development (3-5 yrs)
Role Overview:
The Nutritionist/Dietitian will ensure that Kiwi Kisan Window's snack products align with health and wellness trends, meet dietary requirements, and provide functional health benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Nutritional Analysis & Product Development
- Guide R&D on creating snacks that align with dietary needs (high protein, low sugar, fiber-rich, etc.).
- Evaluate the nutritional profile of ingredients and recommend fortification if needed.
- Ensure clean-label formulations with no artificial additives.
2. Consumer & Market Research
- Analyze trends in functional foods, plant-based nutrition, and dietary requirements.
- Provide insights into target customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
3. Regulatory Compliance & Labeling
- Ensure all products meet FSSAI, FDA, and nutritional guidelines.
- Prepare nutrition labels, health claims, and compliance documentation.
4. Collaboration with Marketing & Content Teams
- Provide content on health benefits, nutritional facts, and dietary suggestions for marketing.
- Assist in creating brand positioning around health & wellness.
5. Testing & Customer Feedback
- Conduct sensory evaluations and taste panels for health-conscious consumers.
- Gather insights from nutritionists, dietitians, and fitness professionals to refine products.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science.
- Strong knowledge of functional foods, superfoods, and dietary regulations.
- Experience in formulating nutrition-based consumer products.
- Passion for healthy, clean-label, and organic food trends.
